Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Maxim brings over seven years of immigration experience to his role as NZ Migration Coordinator at Absolute Immigration New Zealand.
He has worked across both government and private environments, developing strong capability in immigration processes, settlement services and program delivery. With a solid understanding of the New Zealand immigration framework, he provides clear and compliant guidance aligned with Immigration New Zealand requirements and local regulatory standards.
Maxim has contributed to local immigration and welcoming strategies, established newcomer services, managed temporary foreign worker programs and supported businesses and individuals through complex pathways. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Certificate in International Development, and is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, ensuring structured and accurate guidance throughout the visa process.
He is passionate about helping people build secure futures in New Zealand. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new cultures, discovering local food and spending time outdoors, while maintaining balance through reading, movies and running.
