Lucinda grew up between Malaysia and Singapore before moving to Australia, where she went on to build her legal career. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Leo Cussen. Conversational in Mandarin and deeply comfortable working across cultures, Lucinda brings a global perspective to her work with clients.
Since entering the immigration space in 2021, Lucinda has combined legal expertise with a strong commercial and business development mindset. She works closely with organisations on employer-sponsored visa programs and workforce planning, partnering with stakeholders to understand their broader people, growth, and operational objectives. Her approach extends beyond case delivery, focusing on long-term relationships, strategic alignment, and practical solutions that support sustainable hiring outcomes.
Lucinda is particularly engaged in building and nurturing client partnerships, identifying opportunities where immigration strategy can support business growth, and translating complex visa frameworks into clear, actionable pathways for decision-makers. She is motivated by impact, whether guiding individuals through significant migration milestones or helping businesses secure and retain the talent they need to scale.
Outside of work, Lucinda enjoys discovering new restaurants and cuisines, and spending time at local produce and handicraft markets.
