Gerald Tang joined Absolute Immigration in April 2024, bringing his expertise and enthusiasm for migration law to the team. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Australia from the age of ten, Gerald’s unique background has been instrumental in shaping his approach to the immigration sector. After years serving as a Compliance Officer in the government, he transitioned into migration services, driven by personal experiences and a desire to provide genuine support and guidance.

Gerald holds a Graduate Diploma of Migration Law from Victoria University and is a registered migration agent with OMARA. His commitment to the field is deeply personal; having seen firsthand the distress caused by unscrupulous agents, he is dedicated to offering reliable and empathetic assistance to those navigating the complexities of immigration. Gerald is particularly motivated by the opportunity to transform stress and worry into relief and happiness for his clients.

Outside of work, Gerald is an avid go-karter, competing in leagues and enjoying drives to the mountains or racetracks with friends. He also loves exploring Melbourne’s vibrant cafe scene and relaxing with his dogs, Udon and GaGa. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Gerald’s multilingual abilities enable him to connect with a broad spectrum of clients, enriching the service he provides at Absolute Immigration.
