Born and raised in Adelaide, South Australia, Shaun has lived and worked across multiple states, including Victoria and Queensland, throughout his career. With over 25 years of experience at a senior level for some of the largest domestic and international organisations in Global Mobility and Relocations, Shaun brings a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in workforce movement and strategic operational leadership. 

Whilst new to the immigration industry, Shaun has personal firsthand experience navigating visa and migration processes. His wife, Nicki, was born in Germany and migrated to Australia with her parents as a permanent resident, and their two sons hold dual Australian-German citizenship. This personal connection, combined with his extensive background in global workforce solutions, gives Shaun a unique perspective on the complexities of immigration. 

Shaun holds additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing and has completed various Australian Institute of Management (AIM) courses in people and matrix management, financial oversight, and emotional intelligence. Passionate about making a difference, he is excited by the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families build better lives through migration. 

Outside of work, Shaun enjoys global travel—especially for the food experiences—immersing himself in different cultures, following AFL, fishing and boating, and dining out with good friends.
