Jane has been in the global mobility industry for over 25 years. Born in England, she relocated many times with her father’s work and says, “It is no surprise I have such passion for immigration and global mobility as it’s woven into the fabric of my being!”

Completing a Bachelor in Business, majoring in Marketing, and later completing a postgraduate diploma in International Business, Jane has a thirst for further learning and has completed formal qualifications in Executive Coaching, Workplace Training, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

No surprise, Jane is now the Sales & Marketing Director at Absolute Immigration, given her passion for the industry. Growing up as an expat kid, relocating across cities and countries was the perfect training ground. Jane started her career following her passion in Marketing, completing her formal qualifications before joining the Global Mobility and Relocation industry, holding various roles nationally and globally. She has spent many years in professional services, cultural transformation, and global recruitment and is often engaged as a keynote industry speaker.

Throughout her career, Jane has demonstrated an outstanding track record in delivering strategic business outcomes, building successful teams, and achieving outstanding bottom-line results. Her strategic vision has supported organisations to expand their global reach, enhance cultural integration, and drive innovation in talent mobility.

Jane is a highly energetic, positive person, and her all-time favourite quote by Helen Keller is: “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.”

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with her two amazing adult boys and her fur baby Sasha. She is also an avid adrenaline junkie and as such, loves the thrill of motorbike riding and jumps at the chance to travel at every opportunity.  Africa, Prague and South America are waiting to be ticked off her travel bucket list.
