Different Streams Of The 188 Visa

There are different streams of Visa depending on the type of business you are starting or investing in.

Group 165

Business Innovation Stream

If you have business skills and an innovative idea, this could be the Visa for you. It is a points-based application, so let Absolute Immigration help you with the documentation to achieve the number of points required.

You need to meet business turnover and net asset requirements, t have a successful business history, and be under the age of 55.

Investor Stream

This stream is for applicants who are willing to make an AUD 1.5MIL investment in an Australian state or territory and maintain that activity in Australia.

You need to meet business turnover and net asset requirements, you must have a successful business history, and be under the age of 55.

Significant Investor Stream

Similar to the above Investor Visa stream, this visa requires a larger dollar figure for investment in Australia- AUD 5MIL.

Entrepreneur Stream

This stream is for applicants who have a funding agreement from a legitimate third party of a minimum of AUD 200 000. They will undertake a complying entrepreneurial activity that is proposed to lead to either the commercialisation of a product or service or the development of a business in Australia.

This is a Visa that allows people who are significant investors in Australian Business or Innovation, the opportunity to stay in Australia for up to 4 more years.
