Born in Hong Kong and raised in Brisbane, Australia, Vivien has called Australia home since the age of 11. As a Registered Migration Agent, she brings a strong personal understanding of the migrant journey, combined with a strategic and client-focused approach to navigating Australia’s immigration system. 

Vivien holds a Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice from Griffith University, a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland, and a Bachelor of Business from Griffith University. She works across a broad range of visa pathways, including skilled migration, employer-sponsored visas and the National Innovation Visa, supporting skilled professionals and families from around the world. 

Vivien is passionate about helping people achieve their migration goals and is known for her strategic thinking, attention to detail and commitment to delivering clear, practical guidance. Outside of work, she enjoys gym training, badminton, travel and exploring diverse cuisines and cultures.
