Who Is Eligible For The Transport Work to Residence Visa?

Visa Application Process

The Transport Work to Residence Visa consists of two key stages:

1. Temporary Work Visa: Initially, successful applicants are granted a temporary work visa that allows them to work in New Zealand for their Accredited employer in the transport industry. This visa is typically valid for 30 months.

2. Residence Visa Application: After working in New Zealand for a specified period (usually 24 months) and meeting certain criteria, applicants can submit an application for a residence visa.
