State and Territory Nominations Explained
- State and Territory governments can nominate candidates for specific skilled migration and business innovation visas throughout the month.
- These nominations are independent of the Department’s invitation rounds.

- Invitation process and cut-offs for Departmental invitation rounds (not applicable to State and Territory nominations)
