From 1 December we can welcome back eligible visa holders

We are delighted to hear the news from Scott Morrison that from 1 December 2021, eligible visa holders* will be able to come to Australia without needing to apply for a travel exemption.

This is fantastic news for individuals who hold these visas and also for the large number of industries and education institutions who have been experiencing significant staff shortages and are reliant on overseas workers.

*Eligible Visa Holders are currently as follows (however this list may be updated at any time):

Subclass 400 โ€“ Temporary Work (Short Stay Specialist) visa

All travellers arriving into Australia must be double vaccinated with a vaccine accepted by the Australian government and have a PCR test before they board their flight.
