NSW Skilled and Business Migration have announced that direct applications for the Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) visa (subclass 188) for the following streams are now being accepted for the following streams:
- Business Innovation stream
- Investor stream
- Significant Investor stream
Change to Entrepreneur Stream
It has also been announced that applicants for the Entrepreneur stream must be invited to apply and applicants cannot apply directly. Applicants must first meet all the NSW nomination criteria.
