Arno Nothnagel, our NZ Director, recently sat down with Georgia Hawley, Legal Recruitment Consultant at Robert Walters, to discuss the challenge NZ companies are facing in attracting talent.

Looking at the current state of immigration in New Zealand, they examined the different pathways for foreign workers to obtain a visa, and for employers to become accredited and use the AEWV visa pathway.

Arno provided some ideas of how employers could attract and retain overseas talent and the process of accreditation with costs associated.
