From late September sponsors will be able to advise The Department of Home Affairs of temporary changes to employment arrangements for 457, TSS & SESR visa holders resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n
Sponsors will need to notify The Department of the temporary changes when they come into effect and then again at the completion of the temporary changes for each impacted visa holder.<\/p>\n
Examples of temporary changes include:<\/p>\n
Sponsors will need to provide a detailed outline of the temporary work change including details of temporary business closure, changes to work practices, and information about whether Australian employees have had similar changes made to their employment arrangements.<\/p>\n
