{"id":42885,"date":"2023-07-27T01:35:30","date_gmt":"2023-07-26T15:35:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/absoluteimmigration.com\/?p=42885"},"modified":"2023-10-19T10:38:28","modified_gmt":"2023-10-19T10:38:28","slug":"how-is-the-amsr-affected-by-the-recently-raised-tsmit","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/absoluteimmigration.com\/news\/how-is-the-amsr-affected-by-the-recently-raised-tsmit","title":{"rendered":"How is the AMSR affected by the recently raised TSMIT?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong><em>&#8211;<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h6>\n<p>With the raising of the Temporary Skilled Migration Income Threshold (TSMIT) now in effect from 1 July 2023, the Department of Home Affairs has produced a 2-page reference document which covers areas including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why the TSMIT has been raised<\/li>\n<li>How it will be applied to Labour Agreements that were lodged on or after 1 July 2023<\/li>\n<li>Labour Market Testing (LMT)<\/li>\n<li>Skilled Australians Fund (SAF)<\/li>\n<li>Annual Market Salary Rate (AMSR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">&#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>An area we would like to highlight to employer sponsors is within the Annual Market Salary Rate guidelines.
