Chief Operating Officer

Tom is Absolute Immigration’s Chief Operating Officer.

With 20 years’ experience in senior management technology roles in diverse industries, and a focus on technology, operations, and business growth, he has used immigration services to grow teams and talent.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University, and a Masters in Management from Harvard University.

Tom is passionate in his belief that immigration strengthens Australian organisations, making them more competitive globally, and the general benefits immigration brings to Australia.

He is responsible for bringing technology and efficiency to Absolute Immigration, as well as looking at opportunities to expand the business into new territories and disciplines.

Outside of work he devotes his time to his wife and  two teenage sons. His passions include writing, reading, cycling, and art, and he’s had a life-long obsession with Formula One.
