The person you refer will not only receive expert advice and $50 off their 30 minute online consultation, they will also receive 5% off our professional fees if they wish to apply for a visa through us.

Referrer. A Referrer (“Referrer”) is defined as a person who provides details of a potential Referred Client. The Referrer is subject to Absolute Immigration’s Terms of Use and Absolute Immigration’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Absolute Immigration’s Referral Reward Program:

Referred Client. A Referred Client (“Referred Client”) is defined as a person who has had their details provided to Absolute Immigration by a Referrer. The Referred Client and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Client has to be a new client who has never utilised the services of Absolute Immigration. We automatically disqualify suspicious referrals. If your referral might have been flagged as suspicious just email marketing@absoluteimmigration.com, and we’ll take care of it.

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined when the Referred Client requests and pays for a 30 minute online consultation.

Referral Rewards. For the Referrer to earn a $50 True Rewards digital visa card, the Referred Client must book and pay for a 30 minute online consultation and become a Qualified Referral.

Reward Payments. Rewards are payable per Qualified Referral. The Referrer is responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.

Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only.

No Spam. The Referrer and the Referred Client must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner, and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of a referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from Absolute Immigration’s Referral Reward Program.

Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. Absolute Immigration reserves the right to cancel our Referral Reward Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
