Applying for a Variation of Conditions of a work visa is now online <\/strong><\/p>\n

The new form to apply for a Variation of Conditions (VOC) of a work visa is now online.<\/p>\n

A new application can now be submitted online, for VOC paper applications that were sent before the Alert Level 4 nationwide lockdown that has not been acknowledged with an email, and those sent after.<\/p>\n

Extension of Resident Visas set to expire before 10 Sept 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Minister of Immigration has extended to September 11 2022 the travel conditions of resident visas set to expire between 25 August 2021 and 10 September 2022.<\/p>\n

Resident visa holders overseas must be eligible for an exemption from border restrictions before they can travel to New Zealand.<\/p>\n
