With the return of Immigration New Zealand (INZ) to the office at 70% working capacity, we’re hoping to see the processing of more visas and requests.<\/p>\n
One of the improved processes INZ have implemented is the process to respond to escalation requests for urgent allocation for employment related visas (and associated family members) for both Temporary Work Visas and Skilled Resident Visas.<\/p>\n
The EVE requests are monitored and actioned by dedicated Immigration Managers who will assess requests for escalation.<\/p>\n
A request escalation will be considered against the following criteria;<\/p>\n
INZ will respond to all requests within two working days to confirm if the application will be prioritised for urgent allocation or not. The EVE Immigration Manager\u2019s determination is final and they will not respond to further communications.<\/p>\n
