From this date, there will now be an option to apply for a third year long visa on the basis that the applicant has completed 6 months of work within a specific area during their second year. As a result, this means that these applications cannot be lodged until January 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, the immigration intake has been released for the 2019\/2020 program year. This sees a reduction from 190,000 in 2018\/2019 to 160,000 in 2019\/2020.
