Enhanced Immigration Online for family of temporary visa applications\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Immigration New Zealand (INZ) will move family of temporary visa holder applications to its enhanced Immigration Online platform<\/span><\/span><\/a>, introducing a more streamlined digital application process for families applying for partner, child, student, work and visitor visas.<\/p>

The update forms part of INZ\u2019s broader Our Future Services programme<\/a><\/span><\/span>, which aims to modernise visa processing systems and improve the overall application experience for applicants and immigration professionals.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

What is changing\u00a0<\/span>
<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>

Applicants lodging family of temporary visa holder applications will be directed to the enhanced Immigration Online<\/span><\/a> <\/span>system as INZ\u2019s preferred platform for these visa categories.<\/p>

Importantly, applications submitted through the enhanced system will receive priority assessment during the transition period. As a result, applicants and immigration professionals may experience faster processing outcomes when lodging through the new platform.<\/p>

At the same time, applications already submitted through the previous system on or before 31 May 2026 will continue to be processed. Applicants do not need to resubmit applications that have already been lodged.<\/p>
