These changes will allow them to work for any employer in New Zealand.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">To qualify, the partner must hold a Partner of a Worker Work Visa and their spouse or partner must hold an Accredited Employer Work Visa or meet other specific criteria.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span data-contrast=\"none\">These changes aim to provide families of migrant workers with more job flexibility, which helps them settle more easily in New Zealand.<\/span><span visa conditions from 2 December 2024 if their partner meets the new rules.
