Employers who want to hire migrants on an AEWV will need to be accredited and check that no New Zealanders are available for the job they want to fill before they can hire a migrant. Most jobs will need to pay at least the median wage of $27.76 per hour.<\/p>\n<p>To get accredited you need to meet the criteria to show you will be a good employer for migrants. This criteria varies, depending on your business model.
