Simon has significant experience with both corporate and individual clients and his specialist knowledge includes Temporary Skills Shortage visa, Employer Nomination Scheme visa, Partner visa (including schedule 3), Independent Skilled visa, skills assessments, health and character issues, status resolution issues, appeal to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and application for Ministerial Intervention.
