International Visas

At Absolute Immigration, we understand that global mobility is about providing a solution to clients, rather than just providing a transactional service.

Our extensive background and experience with the development of strategic global mobility and resourcing programs has enabled our business to grow so that we now offer outbound visa services for a number of countries that include:

Bangladesh Brunei Canada Chile
China Fiji India Indonesia
New Caledonia New Zealand Papua New Guinea Romania

The benefit of working with AIS in relation to your outbound immigration requirements is that we can save time and unnecessary costs through dealing directly with in-country providers, or local providers that have overseas locations. Sponsoring Overseas Workers

If you are considering sponsoring staff from overseas or want to look at alternatives to your current immigration services provider, Absolute Immigration Services has extensive experience with facilitating the visa application process for a number of clients that operate across a range of industries .

Having the ability to sponsor overseas workers can be an effective addition to your company’s recruitment strategy.  Australia has a unique opportunity to access highly skilled and experienced workers for roles that can not be easily filled from the local labour market. The direct result of Australian’s immigration program is that many of our top academics, company directors and prominent sportspeople are migrants.

Many corporate roles can be hard to fill or require specialist expertise that can only be gained from markets bigger and more technologically advanced than ours.  Australian businesses need a solid immigration strategy in their ‘recruitment toolbox’ to ensure they continue to attract skilled and experienced workers to their organisations.

Contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Immigration Strategy

Absolute Immigration Services is different from other migration service providers and this difference, often felt at your first meeting with us, continues throughout the whole relationship. When your industry or business needs change, we can guide you on how to manoeuvre these conditions to best suit your business.

Let us provide you with the solution.

We thrive on challenge.  Absolute Immigration Services has skills and experience working with clients with staff numbers that range from two staff members, up to in excess of 80,000 employees.  Our methodology and training for various levels of an organisation is the key to continued success in this vital area of employment of overseas foreign nationals.

Use us for your audit and compliance.

Employer Sponsored Visas

If you have an overseas foreign national that you would like to employ in an occupation that is difficult to fill from the local Australian labour market, there are a number of steps that your company must go through in order to get approval from the Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP).

Eligible Australian companies must have a good business background, commitment to training Australian Citizens and permanent visa holders, show that the position to be filled is of a skilled nature and can not be sourced through the local Australian talent pool.

Be it through the temporary, subclass 457, Temporary Work (Skilled) or subclass 402, Training and Research visa, or as a permanent visa application made under the Employer Nomination Scheme, sponsoring companies must be robust enough to maintain market salary rates and their commitment to training Australian Citizens and permanent visa holders, in addition to adhering to DIBP's business Sponsor Obligations.

Overseas foreign nationals sponsored by an Australian business will need to have the skills, qualifications and/or relevant work experience to work in an skilled occupation from DIBP's nominated Skilled Occupation List.  In some cases, visa applicants may be called on to have their qualifications or skills assessed by one of Australia’s certified skills assessing authorities. In addition to your qualifications, applicants may need to provide detailed work references to support work experience.

Absolute Immigration Services have extensive experience and success with visa applications through the employer sponsored stream, for both temporary and permanent applications.

We have your application process covered.

Skilled Visas

If you have an occupation that is on the skills occupation list and have had a successful skills assessment for that application, are less than 50 years of age, have an acceptable level of English language ability and have been invited by DIAC to submit a skilled visa application, you may be granted one of almost 130,000 places available under Australia's skilled migration program.

With recent changes in the Australian economic and political landscape, there has been a number of changes to the skilled migration program.  Age restrictions, enhanced English language requirements and other legislative changes have greatly affected the application criteria and complexity of the application process.

Given that in excess of 1.5 million people apply for skilled visas each year, immigration advice is essential to ensure that your application puts you in the best possible position to secure permanent residency.  Seeking sound advice and preparing a solid immigration strategy is the first step in achieving your goal to live and work in Australia.

Let us navigate you through the process.

Family / Partner Sponsored Visas

The Family Stream is the second largest in Australia’s migration programme.  Many Australian Citizens and permanent visa holders see this as the perfect avenue to ensure that loved ones from overseas can join them to live and work in Australia.

Unlike the Skilled Stream, family visas are not subject to the ‘points test’ and in most cases age is not a restriction that make up the criteria for a successful application.  The family stream covers off visas ranging from Child, to Parent, Perspective Marriage, to Interdependent Partner. Australia also has provisions for family reunion for ‘remaining relatives’ who are the last close family member who does not have Australian Citizenship or a permanent residency visa.

If you have an Australian relative or spouse, or if you are an Australian Citizen or permanent visa holder wanting options of bringing your loved ones over to Australia, either on a temporary or permanent basis, Absolute Immigration Services can help.

We understand the importance of family.

Business Migration

If you have a successful business or investment career in your home country and have considerable personal assets and an intention to open a business in Australia, the business stream may be just the solution to your immigration question.

There a number of options available for business migration and our team have an excellent understanding of the visa subclasses available.  We work closely with clients and their relevant advisers to ensure that the relevant documentation is sufficient to meet the current criteria and legislative requirements for a successful application.

Australia is open for business. Let us show you the way.
